Burned crates

Previously burned crates was a common and desirable process.
Thanks to this process, wood gains resistance to decay and mold in damp places. There is a so-called natural ecological antiseptic. Pyrolysis products during firing compact and protect the surface of the wood.
Currently, wood burning is more decorative. Thanks to burning, the unique structure of wood, surface volume and elegant appearance are manifested.
We burn all all the boxes we produce from the smallest to the largest. In the design of boxes with partitions (shelves), partitions are also subject to burning.

In the burning process at high temperature, the natural process of charring wood occurs. In this regard, the burned crates are slightly soiled. So that the burned crates do not get dirty, they are wiped with a lint-free cloth well moistened with water. It is also possible to paint with transparent opaque varnish or spray varnish.
